The council then seeks to deliberate on the sensibility of carrying out such duty based on potential effects on economics and also social aspects. This dialectic intends to discuss issues such as economic and national policies, globalization, communalism, humanitarianism, social welfare, along with racial and social demographics

The global economy faces a critical urban-rural challenge, causing stagnation and hindering progress, particularly in highly developed urban centers. To overcome this, the focus is shifting towards unlocking untapped rural potential, emphasizing entrepreneurship and local business support. Technology, especially online transactions, emerges as a powerful tool to bridge the rural-urban gap, but challenges like cybersecurity and infrastructure need a comprehensive framework, tackled by a council aiming to integrate rural SMEs into the digital economy.

This conference tackles Malaysia's education inequality, focusing on B40 teenagers in tertiary education. Bringing together diverse stakeholders, it aims to catalyze policy reforms for lasting change, going beyond financial assistance to address holistic needs. Through discussions and collaborative sessions, the conference seeks to inspire a collective commitment to action, crating a comprehensive roadmap for a brighter, more inclusive academic future for every B40 teenager.
